On the right side of the receiver, a buck takes flight to escape two hunting dogs, and a quiet moment for three young whitetails is interrupted by a curious beagle.
Barrel bands are finished in 24-karat gold, as are the elevated sight, hooded sight and lever. Barrel is inscribed “The Deer Hunter Tribute”. The focal point of the rifle is the elaborately decorated receiver. Detailed nickel, blued, and gold etchings highlight the receiver.
