Own the Gun of the Legendary Cowboy of TV Land

HCRE_cover

A Genuine Single Action Army .45 Revolver Forced of Blued Steel, Clad in Pure Silver, Hand-fitted with Genuine Black Horn Grips and Complete with its Elegant Display Case

He first appeared on television in 1949, just before the debut of “Captain Video” and “The Lone Ranger.” Dressed in black from head to toe and riding a snow-white horse, Hopalong Cassidy quickly became America’s first true television hero. In fact, he was so popular that, within a year, more people were watching “Hoppy” than Ed Sullivan or Groucho Marx. And more than 300,000 parents and children once stood in line just to greet him.

In his television show, Hopalong Cassidy was a clever and kindly defender of truth and justice. As foreman of the Bar 20 Ranch, he tracked down all manner of unsavory characters – from cattle rustlers to desperate killers. He epitomized “grace under pressure,” always treating his fellow man with respect and tirelessly upholding the principles of his country.

In fulfilling his duty, Cassidy frequently relied upon his trusty Single-Action Army .45 Caliber Six Shooters, especially the one he carried in his right holster. This revolver is considered the most desirable collectible of all because the SAA .45 is the gun that was used by everyone from Bat Masterson to General George Patton.

Hopalong Himself Would Have Been Proud To Carry This Gun

When you hold The Hopalong Cassidy Six Shooter in your hands, you will feel the heft and the intricate workmanship that is identical to the distinguished priceless original. And you can experience the power of Cassidy’s gun by firing it if you wish – because it is fully functional.

This premier collectible firearm has been handcrafted to capture a wealth of authentic detail – including Hopalong’s name in pure silver on both sides of the barrel.

The barrel is forged, not cast – of steel, then blued. The gun is hand fitted with grips of genuine black horn. And the portrait of Hopalong Cassidy (whose real name was William Boyd) is etched in 24-karat gold on the recoil shield.
