Honoring America’s Magnificent Mule Deer

MDFTRI_deer

For the very first time, the Mule Deer Foundation and America Remembers have teamed to issue an exclusive limited edition of 300 Tribute rifles honoring America’s magnificent mule deer with the Mule Deer Foundation Tribute Rifle.  Founded in 1988, the Mule Deer Foundation is a conservation organization dedicated to assisting mule deer and ensuring their survival for future generations to enjoy.  Mule deer were once a common sight throughout the West, but the population of mule deer has been slowly declining, and large trophy bucks have become quite rare in many areas.  The Foundation is working to reverse this decline by restoring, improving and protecting mule deer habitat.

Right side of the receiver features a striking image of a mature mule deer buck, portrayed in a mountainous landscape scene.  With the afternoon sun in the background, the cautious buck surveys the terrain, alert to any hint of danger.  To the left, the handsome Mule Deer Foundation logo is featured, with a regal trophy buck as the focal point of the image.  The sparkling combination of 24-karat gold, with the elegant nickel background and the blackened patinaed accents, magnificently captures the majestic splendor of America’s beloved deer of the West.  The artwork is bordered with elegant scrollwork, along with a flowing banner that reads “Conserving The Deer Of The West.”

Left side of the receiver features a trophy mule deer buck, along with a doe and fawn.  In the background, the mountains of the West, home for many American mule deer, are majestically portrayed.  To the left, a portrait of a mature trophy-sized mule deer, with magnificent antlers, is prominently featured.  Elegant scroll in 24-karat gold frames the artwork, and a banner in the center reads “Mule Deer Foundation Tribute.”  Each rifle in this exclusive limited edition is decorated by craftsmen specifically commissioned by America Remembers and the Tribute is available exclusively from America Remembers.
